Coulee Frac Sand seeks full time Dredge Operators and Plant Operators for its PineCrest Mine located near the town of Merrillan in Jackson County, Wisconsin (13 miles North of Black River Falls). Applicants must be able to work 12-hour shifts and irregular shifts including days, nights and Saturdays. Operators must be available for work on April 10, 2017. Mining Safety and Health Administration safety training will be required and provided.

Dredge Operators must be able to safely and efficiently perform all functions of dredging sand using a suction dredge. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Work experience with other material moving machinery is preferred. Dredge Operators will receive on-the-job training on the operations of the dredge.
Plant Operators must be able to safely and efficiently perform all functions to manage, operate, and maintain the plant, to achieve maximum productivity, and to produce a consistent high quality product. Plant Operators will also be responsible for final product quality and truck load out. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and further education (Military, College or Trade School) is preferred. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Prior work experience with heavy machinery is preferred. Plant Operators will receive on–the-job training on the operations of the plant and heavy machinery.
